How Long Until I Receive My Doll?

After receiving your customized order, we will immediately confirm the order and arrange factory production. After production is completed, we will take real photos of the products for confirmation. After multiple quality inspections, we will arrange logistics delivery. We support logistics tracking throughout the process to ensure that you can sign for it with peace of mind.

Items will be shipped via trusted international carriers (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.). In general, it usually takes 15 to 40 days from order placement to delivery to your door. If you choose to pick up the goods at a FedEx/UPS store, please submit the specific pickup address to us before the goods are shipped and call the store in advance to verify whether the goods can be picked up to avoid the package being delivered to an invalid address or refused.

Address Information Change

To ensure the timeliness of logistics, please carefully check the receiving information before the goods are shipped. If the package has entered the transportation stage and the delivery address needs to be changed, please contact us immediately through [email protected] or the official customer service channel, and we will coordinate with the carrier for emergency processing.

Delivery Time Adjustment
