How Do I Pay?

FunWestdoll accepts three types of payment: credit card, PayPal transfer, and bank transfer. After selecting your sex doll, enter your name, contact details, and shipping address. Then select your preferred method of payment.

Payment Process:

Credit Card Paymet Failure?

Credit card payments usually fail for one of several reasons:
1. You have maxed out your credit. For example, if you only have $1500 left on your card but try to purchase a $2500 product. The transaction will be rejected.


2. Declined due to cross-border payment. FunWest is a Chinese company, when you pay with a credit card a cross-border transaction occurs. If you rarely make large cross-border payments, the bank may label the transaction as suspicious and refuse transaction. If this happens to you, you will need to contact your card’s issuer and inform them of the situation.


3. Your credit card has been labelled as high-risk. Being labelled high-risk occurs when your credit card has been involved in multiple chargeback processing (payment disputes), or if the card has been reported lost or stollen.


4. If you accidently input the wrong 3D verification number. If you use a credit card and required to enter an SMS verification code, your bank has set a 3D verification limit on your card. To complete your order, you will need to correctly enter the verification code.

Are Bank and PayPal Transfers Trustworthy?

Since customers in some countries and regions are unable to pay with a credit card, FunWest has added bank transfer and PayPal as complementary purchase methods. If you are new to such payment methods, you may be worried about its general use and ability to request refunds?

To this we say, please rest assure. PayPal allows for refunds, and is a trusted international online payment system. If you do not receive your purchase, or if there is a problem with your purchase, you can apply for a PayPal refund. In regard to bank transfers, we generally advise against this type of payment due to its high transaction costs. But, in the event you chose to opt for this method, FunWestDoll will 100% protect your rights. Why? How Long Dose It Take the Dolls to Arrive?

FunWestdoll’s products are all sent via air freight. Shipping time in the US is 5-7 days, and Europe is 15- 20 days. Also, your doll’s production lead time generally takes 3-7 days. Together, from order placement to door delivery, you can expect to wait 15-30 days. We now have a US warehouse and a European warehouse, so it only takes 3-7 days from order to delivery!

Can Privacy be Guaranteed?

Yes! The outer packaging of the product does not display any information about its content. No one will know what is inside.

Refunds:

Can I Cancel My Order and Request a Refund?
  1. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged.
  2. If you cancel your order after 24 hours (once the doll has entered the production stage), a 15% cancellation fee will be charged.
  3. If you cancel your order after the doll has been produced, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged.
Under What Circumstances Dose FunWestDoll Accept Returns?

How Long Dose It Take To Get Refunded?

Credit card reimbursements usually take 3-5 business days, PayPal refunds usually arrive within 1-3 business days, and bank transfers usually arrive within 7-15 business days.
