How Do I Pay?

FunWestdoll accepts three types of payment: credit card, PayPal transfer, and bank transfer. After selecting your sex doll, enter your name, contact details, and shipping address. Then select your preferred method of payment.

Credit Card Paymet Failure?

3. Your credit card has been labelled as high-risk. Being labelled high-risk occurs when your credit card has been involved in multiple chargeback processing (payment disputes), or if the card has been reported lost or stollen.


4. If you accidently input the wrong 3D verification number. If you use a credit card and required to enter an SMS verification code, your bank has set a 3D verification limit on your card. To complete your order, you will need to correctly enter the verification code.

Are Bank and PayPal Transfers Trustworthy?

Since customers in some countries and regions are unable to pay with a credit card, FunWest has added bank transfer and PayPal as complementary purchase methods. If you are new to such payment methods, you may be worried about its general use and ability to request refunds?

In regard to bank transfers, we generally advise against this type of payment due to its high transaction costs. How Long Until I Receive My Doll?

Upon receiving your custom order, we promptly initiate communication with our manufacturing team. TPE doll orders typically require 5-10 business days for completion, while silicone doll orders generally necessitate 15-20 business days for completion. Following production, your item will be shipped via air freight through trusted international carriers (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.). Shipping typically requires 10-20 business days for global delivery.In total, it usually takes 15 to 40 days from contacting us and placing your order to delivering to your door. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this period, as every doll undergoes meticulous craftsmanship and rigorous quality assurance to meet our exacting standards. Please note that final delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on international customs clearance processes in your region.

Can Privacy be Guaranteed?

Yes! During the delivery process, we will carefully pack your doll using a box without any description of content placed on the outside. No third person will know what’s inside in the box, ensuring maximum privacy of our customers.

Refunds:

Can I Cancel My Order and Request a Refund?
  1. Customers retain the right to cancel orders free of charge within 8 hours of placement. All refund processing fees shall be borne solely by the customer.
  2. After 8 hours, orders are presumed to have entered the production phase. Cancellations for special custom orders are strictly prohibited. For standard orders, cancellation fees may be imposed based on the stage of production and associated costs.
  3. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be entertained under any circumstances.
What is the method for processing the refund?

Refunds will be processed exclusively through the original payment method utilized during the transaction. For instance, payments made via credit card will receive reimbursement directly to the originating card account. This protocol applies uniformly to all payment instruments including debit cards, digital wallets, and bank transfers.

Credit card transaction fees are administered by financial institutions and require separate reimbursement requests directly through your card issuer.
