What kind of flaws are there?
The head is typically undamaged. Body flaws are the main issue, based on a random spot check and may include:
Dents in chest or buttocks
Pressure marks on wrists, ankles, shoulders, waist, etc.
Lightly closed vaginal/anal channels
Can the flaws be fixed?
We provide care suggestions, but results are not guaranteed.
For dents: Lay the doll face down (for chest) or stand/hang (for buttocks), then apply a warm, damp towel.
For pressure marks: Let doll stand/hang and apply a warm, damp towel.
For closed internal channels: Gently open legs and use talcum powder or lubricant to slowly loosen.
