On June 30th, we had the privilege of hosting Stephan from JessyDoll at our FunWestDoll factory, thanks to the collaboration with our trusted partner, SexDollQueen. As the curator of a leading German adult doll website and a passionate doll enthusiast, Stephan brings a wealth of expertise to the industry. With his collection of dolls and insightful articles, he has made significant contributions to the development of the adult doll community. We were thrilled to have him visit our facility and share his valuable insights.
A Guided Tour of Our Production Line
The visit began with a comprehensive tour of our factory’s production line. We walked Stephan through every step of our meticulous doll-making process, from skeleton assembly and mold preparation to TPE injection, trimming, polishing, body powdering, and detailed body painting.
Throughout the tour, Stephan’s enthusiasm was infectious. He was impressed by our unique production techniques and offered thoughtful suggestions for optimization based on his deep industry knowledge. The exchange of ideas was both productive and enjoyable, with our team eagerly noting his recommendations to enhance our processes moving forward.
A Guided Tour Four-Step Quality Inspection Process
Our Four-Step Quality Inspection ProcessAt FunWestDoll, we ensure every doll meets the highest standards through our rigorous four-step quality inspection process:
- Initial Quality Check: After the doll is molded, edges are trimmed, powder is applied, and nails are attached, the first inspection identifies any issues. Problem areas are marked, and defective parts are reworked.
- Second Quality Check: Post-rework items are re-examined to confirm all corrections are complete. If issues persist, further reworking is done. Coloring is then applied according to order specifications, followed by body makeup.
- Photography and Third Check (Factory Photos): Once the head and body are assembled, the doll is photographed with factory photos. During this stage, photographers conduct a third inspection, addressing any remaining imperfections with additional reworking. Completed dolls are stored in the warehouse awaiting shipment confirmation.
- Final Packing Inspection: Upon receiving the shipment notification, a final check is performed during packaging. Any issues discovered are addressed by reworking before the doll is securely boxed and dispatched.

From Finishing Touches to Final Photos
Next, we visited our secondary processing workshop, where each doll undergoes a thorough cleaning and receives a fresh, carefully applied makeup look. From there, the dolls move to our dedicated photography studio, where we capture their first stunning photos—ensuring that customers worldwide can see them at their very best. Once the dolls pass a final quality check, they are carefully packaged in sturdy boxes, ready to be shipped to their new homes.
